There's not really enough room here to highlight the best things about my team... 'cause they are Awesome! Really, tho, they understand no one knows everything, are always open to help, educate, collaborate, etc. And are always open to discuss ideas, even if they don't end up being good ones!

Alignment with current and regional marketplace values. Having new hires coming in above those with tenure is how you create a revolving door. My standing experience and knowledge of Sabre does not appear to be worth as much as someone coming in fresh with a large and long learning curve.

It's actually quite free... You work with your team and others to get the job done, but how that get's done is very much up to what you as a team determine. Sometimes the room is on fire and everyone is on point, sometimes, it's a "you got this? Great, let me know when your done." kinda day.
