I have been here a long time, this is the first year I have been hesitant to recommend working At Sabre to others. I have met some of the most incredible people and have learned much from them.

my teammates and when I have the opportunity to meaningfully contribute creatively
Revisión
they are passionate about our industry and aren't afraid to challenge the norm
Revisión
the people I most immediately work with are not selfish and willing to help at the drop of a hat
Revisión
More than not, the people are smart and willing to share/teach what they know. In an ever-changing industry, having people who value continued education and sharpening of skills is key to a healthy culture.
Revisión
My team is regularly required to pick up work for other teams who refuse to fix their time management and accountability issues. Leadership has acknowledged this but is not taking action. This leaves is feeling undervalued and abused
Revisión
The work loads need to align with compensation. If we cannot expand the roles/promote in coordination with the additional and larger requirements then there is little motivation to stay since we don't backfill those who do leave and just disperse their work.
Revisión
My immediate team is why I am still working at Sabre. We are a team-minded group of hardworking, curious people. We care for each other on a personal level and have made both learning and teaching a priority on the team. Everyone betters the group
Revisión
My immediate team is the reason I am still at Sabre. We have a "team first" mindset and that in turn creates a support system that you can trust. Beyond my immediate team, there are significant accountability issues that my SVP continues to acknowledge but not address.
Revisión
The continued expectation that we can keep absorbing work w/o reprioritizing what we already do & with no new heads has gotten out of bounds. Additionally, inquiring about formal role expansion/promotion to justify the work was met with shock and "hem and hawing." I need honesty and transparency
Revisión
I am continuously asked to do more with less and if I make it work, instead of being recognized and thanked for the extra it become the new expectation. This is not a sustainable level of work. I have asked for help, but am just told that there are other teams struggling more
