Incenitve Program is still not at a top level like other companies, so some counterparts in other companies are being paid better. I do believe that the exec team will solve this so I will stay waiting for this fix.

I still think we can improve the SIP - as the market changes, our SIP is not adapting fast enough. I believe in my leaders that we are going to get compensated on the SIP plan on the revenue that we are generating.
