It is almost like we are punished for being loyal to Sabre and sticking around when those that are coming in new are making significantly higher pay.

Having merit and bonus allocated based on performance. We peanut butter spread merit and bonus to all team members instead of allocating based on high and low performance. Reinstating performance reviews would help level set where people stand and allow for documentation of low performers.
