I believe we should be paid fairly. Some people on my team don't contribute and we all get treated the same. Promotions are non-existent.

People that get stuff done are not valued. People that report that stuff is getting done are rewarded. Great contributors have left and it's getting harder to stay.

Leadership from our manager would help. Tracking accomplishments would help. Prioritizing our work would be helpful, some of things we are working on should be lower priority or be on the backlog.
