I have personally been happy and like my job pending current manager. 4 out of 5 should never be allowed to manage people, much less work with humans. Those are the ones that manage up very well and stay years too long.

For the most part, the people are all really nice to your face

I like what I do, and I believe in the company, even if the work ethic of most these days is questionable.

My immediate team has effective communication. We all know each other and each other's day/workday so well. And we are all home based. Whenever someone is at an office, we know it's a day wasted and behind.

Listening and being curious. Learn what we do so we can improve product and make money for the company, instead of worrying so much about your own individual commissions/bonuses. Instead of changing things up without knowing the consequences, learn and ask. Some of us are still here to make Sabre $

Insurance is the only perk we have. I wish I got paid as much as the men in the company who hold my role, but I've been taught over the years to just be thankful I have a job. Crazy to see how many come in making 30k + more. Still?

Become more intuitive, if one can. Executive leadership should take a step back and one on one listen to the little people. You'll never hear the truth in a group. There is a big disconnect between the very bottom to the very top and so much fear mongering from the SVP/VP level and below.

This new batch are all really nice, but dumb. Half are friends of the boss and in last jobs. They don't question or seem to care, just biding time so that they have a job till retirement. It puts a burden on the other half of the team that forfeited kids for career.

My immediate team is smart and hard working. We work with a lot of people who only work off mobile only and it shows. One guy told me he was at the beach for the week because it was his slow season (not on PTO). The rest of us that are always busy can barely use out PTO on a scheduled day
