Mostly new team that are not experienced and performing to standard needed to delivery their job expectations. They are also not getting upskilled to deliver.

Too many people in my team are new and are not adequately trained to perform their job. They also don't have the industry experience required for the roles (i.e. understand travel ecosystem).Those that are long established and good at their roles are expected to fill the gaps without promotion/pay
