There is so much pressure put on statistics vs overall client outcome. It's hard to put the required amount of time and effort into client concerns and stick to the desired call metrics. I am overworked and constantly tired, but I have little to show for it.
Not enough accountability to all business units. Other BU drop the ball, and Service associates are left to take the heat from the clients and do the work to fix errors. Implementation has gone wrong for so many clients. Tax team members hide and it feels like they refuse to talk to clients.
