I have been with ADP for 5 months. From the Interview process to onboarding, training to now, It's been a great experience People are very helpful and I feel at home.
The experience is good overall. It can get busy at times and out of balance.
The overall experience is good. There should be more opportunities for people who are home shored, including working globally from home e.g. living in Canada but working for US office or vise versa. Just like the Philippines or India.
The first two years were challenging. As I move into a different role, things improved. I am supported in working in my areas of strength. Always learning and growing.
