I was very happy with ADP until I changed positions, according to me to improve, but the teams are so different within the same department. I think executives need to reach out to associates to make sure the environment and support is equal and equitable for everyone.

They have the openness to modernize the company in its way of thinking and to project itself into the future in these uncertain moments that we are living around the world.

There is no balance between the type of work of the positions and when you go up to another position, depending on who you are, they give you more or less salary. Individual performance is often not equitable.
Que faut-il changer pour améliorer la culture de l’entreprise?
That management really understand equity and multiculturalism. Offer a better work environment by drawing a line between friendship and professionalism, the work must be measured based on your skills and your results. Be more inclusive in terms of non-visible disabilities.
