Professionalism, Diligent towards the role and responsibilities, Shouldn't have laid back behaviour, Have 'Win as One' approach.

My work profile and responsibilities. Further, my 100% adherence, diligence to the same and achieving every target/task assigned successfully.

Qu’est-ce qui vous plaît le plus dans l’équipe de direction?

My direct reporting manager considers inputs and keeps us informed. However, the higher leadership team don't seem to do so. Expect them to hear us, keep standardisation and transparency across. There should be HR session atleast quarterly at team level. Didn't feel cared by higher leadership team.

Que faut-il changer pour améliorer la culture de l’entreprise?

Hire the individuals who have Professionalism, Diligence towards their role and responsibilities, Shouldn't have laid back behaviour, Have 'Win as One' approach. And after hiring if they lack such attributes, they should be coached and corrected to adapt those. This would help everybody and ADP. : )
