
i am very communicative type of person, and like to interact with my colleagues at work whether it is work or enjoying anyone's success or a light moment.
Compensation is not upto the mark when compared to market or lot of my other colleagues. No timely promotions. No appreciation from manager or leadership. Mymoments goes unnoticed.
Be more involved in the team & process and take responsibility of the things. Need to see people with same eyes with many a times pretty visible its not the case.
Few good people who uderstand the team's needs and support me in managing the operations. My team now a days is pretty self-managed except the tasks that i assign them.
Multiple, most importantly need to be clear with what is expected. Need to be involved when requested which is not happening. Compensation & benefits should be according to market conditions and not just go by your own pace all the time. New joiners get better compensation than us.
