Mostly good, but there have been decisions (mostly regarding territories) that have been obvious misses. Also, when we invest time to give feedback, it's almost never addressed. I've pretty much given up in that regard and just go with the flow.

It started with success, which resulted in being asked to take on a brand new role. It's been exciting, but it's resulted in a massive financial hit. I'm not sure how long I can continue working for base pay only.

Territory alignments are off sometimes, which drastically limits earning potential. I could easily make more money if I switched companies.

I've moved roles into a new role with the company, and the product isn't fully developed, so it's difficult to sell. There's been no adjustment to targets or commissions, so I'm making 1/2 the amount I used to at ADP because of this "promotion"
