I am new to the team, but I feel welcome so far. My mentor and a few other associates have gone out of the way to help, but I'm still getting acclimated so I can't fully answer the question yet.
Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?
My pay is less than associates with less experience in benefits than me. I gave ADP a lot of years and had to leave due to some circumstances out of my control. When I came back, I was offered entry level pay in a role that I was at least due the high-end of the pay grade if not higher.
