I was hired after COVID. When remote staff were accepted. Now ADP will not allow me to transfer potistions. I understand corporate needs but this is not what I was told at time of hire. Feels like discrimination based on where I live. Feels very very unfair.

I was happy with ADP. Until the recent decision of hybrid only. I feel like I am penalized even though I work hard and don't get paid extra hours I put in.

Less meetings where only some team members attend. Not all invited.

That I am Remote and don't have to deal with constant in office distractions.

Treat all employees equally. Regardless of race, colour, location. Stop higher ppl that have zero payroll knowledge.

I am held to a higher standard than a PRS but I am the same pay grade level. Can't move to another position because I am Remote. Carlos said remote staff can't get different roles now. Have to be hybrid.

Look for talent everywhere again. Newest PRS were taught payroll at ADP? No prior payroll knowledge? How is that better than hiring knowledgable staff. Remotely if no talent in cities. When positions aren't filled hybrid open to remote staff for transfers.
