Compensation in NJ is too low to live in NJ.
There is room for growth but it some times takes time.
Salaries are low in parts of the country where it is expensive to live.
Product and support model needs to be brought current and be more competitive
Let product management be product management. There are too many separate groups driving strategy.
It meets or is above comparison to other companies.
