Thus far it has been good. I was worried at first since I had joined a team that was not exactly inline with my experience, but it has given me the opportunity to find things that I enjoy doing and uses other talents I have.
Good opportunities to learn and be part of good teams.
The camaraderie and care for what we do.
The diversity and inclusion that shows.
Making visible improvements to our product.
They care about diversity and their employees work/life balance.
Decent medical options are available.
Health care is decent and financial wellness assistance/education is great.
Interacting with my team and being able to accomplish tasks.
That they are open to ideas and take diversity and inclusion seriously.
They acknowledge me as a human and are actually understanding and encouraging.
When I am able to learn new things and improve my skills.
Their friendliness and their ability to tackle problems and shift gears as necessary.
The medical benefits are pretty good. I have had better, but have also had worse.
The investment into each employee's career growth whether that is in place, vertical, or horizontal growth.
We care about each other and each have things we are good at vice being carbon copies of each other.
