The benefits are fine, and EAP, etc. is helpful. Wages between men and women does seem different at lower levels of the organization.
Communication. Communication is great at a high level and down; individual business units have not followed the example of the larger ADP team.
Bullying behavior is tolerated, particular in the call center parts of the organization. Respect and collaboration would go a long way in improving the environment.
Some of the people who do interviews just need more guidance and practice - particularly the ones who interview for entry level or just above entry level positions.
Within individual business units, in appropriate behavior is tolerated. HR seems now too stretched thin to help. It would help to improve the leadership of the call center parts of the business.
