
There are NO " company meetings" for the frontline footsoldiers who serve the customers. Company is too cheap to include payroll gor proper training and communication with the constant revolving door of " new hires".
I feel undervalued because the new hires are paid almost as much as I am, and they dont perform even close to what I have all these years! This company does not give merit increases or pay a good wage to those they truly shoujd WANT to retain!
