
My leadership team does Not work with Associates. They do not help the atmosphere of the store.
My coworkers already work well with me, I get extreme support and help from my coworkers. My coworkers are considerate and helpful.
Mgmt has removed 20 registers from the store. Not enough associates are hired. Not enough of positive feedback towards ALL individual associates.
The new associates need to value the senior associates and what is being recommended and taught. The new associates do not listen to the senior associates on dept tasks.
Management needs to work with associates, support associates with concerns, be personable, be considerate. Mgmt just walks around and dictates and write notes on their tablets, that is not managing.
The Leadership TeAm needs to learn to backup and support their Associates. There is zero support from the managers or the executives when it comes to needing help with recovery, staffing, stock support, exc.
There needs to be more involvement from corporate. They need to find out from the Associates what is wrong with the environment of our store. I personally believe that corporate needs to “clean house” when it comes to the executive team.
The moral of the store is a zero. I feel that I As an Associate do not matter, that the customer is more important then the associate. The position I hold I get ignored, I get no help, I get Zero recognition when my Dept for the past four months has beat plan and LY and I get nothing.
I believe I am undervalued for the Dept I work in and the work I do. I keep having tasks added to me with No increase in pay intact I was told that for the amount of years I have been with the company that my pay rate has reached its cap. I also do not receive any medical benefits.
