General Electric: Valuing employees and that they are people with families, not just a number. When 60% of the employees at a single factory are divorced or single there is a problem with the company's hr policy and it becomes obvious that employees life and personal well being are of no interest to the company.
Costco: Afforadable and fantastic healthcare packages
State Farm Insurance: The hours are good but pay is awful and so is commission schedule!
The Coca-Cola Company: Get us union represent so the team has a voice
UPS: Hourly wage and heaths benifits
Boeing: Holding each other accountable for performance

Delta Air Lines: As a ready reserve, it would be nice if we got time and a half when having to work mandatory overtime instead of straight pay.

Costco: They're stern, understanding, and always looking out for the member.
Google: The pay is great. The equity is also very nice.
UPS: We are being FORCED to work Saturdays now...not to mention since June I have been working 12-14 hour days even on the 9.5 excessive overtime list

Marriott: They expect you to work like you get 30$ an hour, but you get 10$ an hour. That’s a shame

FedEx: As a handler we are the most hard working people. When upper management tells you they did great on all the quarters and u only get a .20 raise come U can do better. Tired of hearing you just brought a billion dollars plane and we be a .20 cent raise. Its a slap in the face.
Office Depot: We treat each other like family.
FedEx: Training there loader and unloaders properly
Tyson Foods: High stress environment for maintenance is terrible.
PepsiCo: My team is always willing to help each other out.
Sears: After coming back from a surgery I was helping HR in the office I was full time and have been for 15 years, I was asked to take over as HR lead and then they did away with HR and the full time position and any full time positions that came open, I'm still In office and have lost my benefits.
Best Buy: They lead by example but don't breathe down anyone's neck.
FedEx: No pensión no Heath plan when you retires hoy need to pa y a lot.portable pensión and bye.after 30 years

UPS: Stop treating your employees like trash. Especially during contract negotiations. Stop giving employees disciplinary hearings over Christmas lights on their trucks.
Staples: Too much pressure to drive categories that employees and customers don't care about. We also aren't encouraged to run the business like owners anymore. When we make decisions about merchandising that make sense for our location we are scolded for not following the program.
