Office Depot: Corporate only cares about $. All of their employees are expendable. I've seen employees forced to resign, because they are too expensive and positions eliminated because they are too expensive. Heating and cooling don't work as well as doing NOTHING on employee appreciation day.

Office Depot: The customer service is poor because of how stressed the workers are. There needs to be less downsizing. The execs should take a pay cut to have more employees working to improve customer experience and lessen the individual workload.

UPS: We are all extremely laid back and most hourly's are easy to get a long with. This makes it easy when our safety is at risk (nightly) so we can joke about it.

Poor training etiquette, poor communication, schedules are never posted two weeks in advance like they claim. They don’t really care about giving recognition where it’s deserved. They’ll hire unreliable people
