Avanade: For my career experience I would be paid more and have more stability at other companies. This year in North America we didn't get our bonus (which was a last minute surprise).The push work life balance but it we aren't spending 40-60 hrs at work and extra on training we fall behind.
UPS: Does not take employee feedback seriously

MetLife: Annual bonus is a nice perk
The Coca-Cola Company: Drivers make more money than there supervisor. Where is the incentive to move up if they will make less money? It's hard to supervise someone that makes 15,000 a year more.
UPS: Long hours managing union employees who can do no wrong. Constant harassment over production. Staff level managers bullying operations management yet taking no interest to get to know those operations management.

We make a fair wage however working for Google in my past I see that they make more money and benefits were much better. At Google they actually cared about us and health of the employees as well as mental wellness.

FedEx: Working as a ground driver under a contractor and all FedEx drivers but ground drivers earns alot more money and benefits. Ground drivers work alot harder than any other FedEx driver. They need to join together and become teamsters.
