
Accountablility for union employees as well as management. Both employees and management must learn to work together for company to succeed. Company success will allow for individuals to succeed and prosper also.
Coworkers operate under fear for our jobs on daily basis to include direct harassment from superiors many levels advanced rather than by superiors directly above or those who at least work in same operation.
Appreciate management team in operations. Environment is one of entitlement for union workers who know they cannot be fired regardless of attendance or quality of work issues. Management takes all punishment and is held accountable for a workforce that is not held accountable.
People don’t care about people. Upper management forgets what operations management are dealing with. Operations is nothing more than glorified daycare for grown adults who aren’t capable of acting as such. Employees can report to work under the influence of substances or no show and remain employed
