
The team is very reactive rather than proactive. If on area is struggling they don't send help or look for a solution they only send help afterwards for clean up. They need to get better at communication and taking safety seriously.
Our hubs are taking in way too much freight that they can handle. We need to reduce that or hire more workers and that can be done by raising wages. Or else people are going to keep throwing boxes. And management needs to take safety over numbers
Some people there just don't care about anything, they show up whenever they want or they don't put in any effort. But we are so overwhelmed with freight that my managers don't care because we are so understaffed and desperate. The work environment needs to be slower and there needs to be drug tests
I burn off as many calories as professional athletes and I am paid minimum wage. I work twice as fast as 90% of my employees and I have been working for 2 years longer than them yet I am still paid the same. I wish there were incentives for faster workers or workers that are skilled in all positions
