Drivers are over work and under appreciated...our center manager and an on car sup. actually quit the last week of November because of the way the company is being run

EVERYTHING! The higher ups have no clue what goes into a delivery route, they simply sit behind a desk and worry about numbers...mainly stops per car! They cut routes at the last minute and don't care how it affects a loop!

I feel it's only going to get worse before it gets better...the upper management people don't realize they are working the drivers to death...ive been sick for over 2 weeks and tried to work through it only to be rushed to the ER Dec 22nd

The PCM process as a whole is worthless...gathering the drivers to tell them how poorly they did the day before is very ineffective...safety tips about things that don't relate to the job...reporting about accidents that aren't even in our division...its all a waste of time. And the start times...
