Thomson Reuters: Great! I truly feel valued and appreciated for my contributions.
Thomson Reuters: Thomson Reuters is an organization going through a lot of change, so you have to be comfortable in that type of environment
LexisNexis Legal & Professional: I've been lucky enough to work with great teams and supportive/capable managers, which has made my experience positive on a daily basis and in terms of my career over the years. Unfortunately, I don't think this is consistent across the company, because many don't have that same foundation.
LexisNexis Legal & Professional: It is a good experience and something I would recommend to others looking to work at an information technology company.
LexisNexis Legal & Professional: Their commitment to the rule of law.
Caseys General Stores: Regular Customers are great and positive
LexisNexis Legal & Professional: I have had many career advancements and have been part of the change to make my team much more agile and focused
Textron: Textron Aviation has been a good company to work for. There are many opportunities if you chose to reach for them.
LexisNexis Legal & Professional: I have nothing but positive to say about Lexis until recent where I don't feel as valued due to compensation. We lose a lot of good employees to our "sister" companies because they compensate better. We also are asked to have ideas and be bold but we have next to no resources to help implement.
Gardner Denver: It didnt take long, was fairly straightforward
LexisNexis Legal & Professional: I have always felt as though I could make significant contributions to my team at Reed Tech and that I am challenged to think outside the box.
LexisNexis Legal & Professional: Great company to work for, great people to work with and great overall purpose of Advancing the Rule of Law
LexisNexis Legal & Professional: I have worked for LexisNexis for a number of years and have been fortunate throughout that time to have had many opportunities both for promotion but also to be involved in different projects, both aspects of which have meant that my role has constantly changed and evolved and I am always learning
Willis Towers Watson: none really. i dont know
Big Lots: At times overwhelming when on register answering calls, frustrating because of how management is allowed to operate, feel bad for new associates who cant learn because they aren't ever taught or even followed up with
Sherwin-Williams: My customers loved the service I provided and I deeply enjoyed providing to them. I will miss that a lot and hope to find something similar with a company willing to listen to new ideas that will provide efficiency and safety.
Intel Corporation: Learning to develop technology vs just cost cutting
LexisNexis Legal & Professional: Proud to be part of LN; solid company committed to living to most org values; frequent layoffs, however, undermine deep employee engagement
ADT Corporation: Good, but limited options for growth considering the size of the company.
LexisNexis Legal & Professional: Overall great experience, my time at LexisNexis has taught be how to adapt to change and has given me numerous opportunities to learn and grow in my career.
Ericsson: over all it help me gain valuable insights /experience
Ulta Beauty: I work for a company who truly cares for me and all of our guests. That speaks volumes especially in the current climate.
Service Corporation International: This company does not acknowledge African Americans. They lump us into a category that includes white women and people from other nationalities. The African American experience is unique and should be considered. Even their suppliers are not diverse. It's a "Good Ole Boy's Club."
Panera Bread: It has been good except for the managers. Since my very first day the managers have been unreliable and unorganized. Their lack of competency makes things harder for the rest of the employees
Sprouts Farmers Market: So far I am enjoying it and plan on staying as long as I can.
Pizza Hut: My first 6 months were great. I had no complaints. But recently male managers have had inappropriate relations with employees under them and discriminating and calling our one female delivery driver (who is a bigger girl) "fatty" behind her back.
LexisNexis Legal & Professional: I have been afforded career development opportunities as well as training to advance my professional growth.
Montefiore Medical Center: i work in a very negative place
Cognizant Technology Solutions: The organization as a whole is just awesome, but the biased middle management makes the total experience a nightmare, Middle management from M to AD level needs a very deep cleaning.
IBM: I do my best to keep myself updated
The Salvation Army: Great. It is a bit of a bureaucracy, but only to protect the mission. Most of the bureaucracy is a protection and safeguard for program, public trust and service.
Raising Cane's: Cool managers. Awesome Company. Ability to cross-learn positions. Fast and comfortable workflow. Subjected to workplace mobbing.

DSW: Undervalued by district leadership. Misunderstood, bullied and undermined.
LexisNexis Legal & Professional: Overall a good company to work for but there are some glaring shortcomings. Namely benefits and Salary increases.
LexisNexis Legal & Professional: There is never a discussion regarding pay raises. Instead, a standard 2.5% is applied which does not keep up with inflation.
LexisNexis Legal & Professional: challenging, excessive work, can be rewarding, respectful, leader is primary driver which at times reduces individual authority and ownership of those under him
Elevance Health: We all work remotely, in various states, and most of us have never met. Despite all of that, we are a very cohesive team. You would think that we all work together in the same office on a daily basis.

LexisNexis Legal & Professional: I have far more pride in the organization than it has in me. Women and minorities are not valued as leaders. My challenging and rewarding work experience is marred by a flat organization, elimination of career opportunities, and the lack of transparency in compensation.
LexisNexis Legal & Professional: I love working for LNNA because of the strong culture of competition, upskilling, and reward
LexisNexis Legal & Professional: The diversity, commitment to excellence, and commitment to improving the world in which we live.

LexisNexis Legal & Professional: LexisNexis has given me a career where I continue to grow each day. I am lucky to have the support from my peers and leadership which empowers to stay creative and keep bettering myself.
LexisNexis Legal & Professional: LexisNexis has so much unrealized potential, and when I talk to employees, that is their frustration because they also have unrealized potential. Lexis thinks that rule of law is what makes them socially responsible, but they have a lot more work to do within the walls of their own offices.
