In recent months we have seen a more human side of leadership. It has had a positive impact on my team as the leaders have let their guard down and talked.

Removing language that caps VC or allows the company to change the VC structure at any time. My role is clearly that of a National Sales Manager and yet I am lumped in to the same category as a Telephonic Regional Sales Manager when it comes to compensation.
