What I have valued the most is that it is a company where there are endless opportunities if you go out there and find them. In 8 years I have held 5 different roles: using mentoring, secondment opportunities and projects to gain experience along the way and move into a commercial leadership role.

Being highly matrixed, it means that our people have to be highly collaborative to be successful. That collaboration, coupled with our global diversity, means that it is a great and inclusive place to work.

We're a very open team, where ideas and opinions are all encouraged and where we figure things out together. We're all focussed on moving things forward, but also on trying new things out, measuring then adjusting. Means we can keep improving and learn from each other whilst we do it

The leadeship team of my business unit is diverse, in fact for gender diversity it is 50/50 which is fantastic. As we are a global business, the leadership team and our manager community are also hugely focussed on building an inclusive and diverse culture which makes this a great place to work.
