The replacement department doesn't verify your order and doesn't verify your payments and your authorization.

I was shocked to find out taking maternity leave negatively impacts PTO & bonus. I think improving these aspects would make Evonik more attractive

Many employees are well over-educated for these positions.

Sabre Corporation: For 4 year I was thinking that I work for best company I've ever work for, but after March 2022 ,unfortunately, I feel frustrated and unstable in my position, because my work environment has changed significantly for the worse due to company's restrictive activity against Aeroflot.
Evonik Corporation: This is a company if you don't have ambitious to move up because it requires network with management in order to escalate, they don't value meritocracy, which some company do in order to choose better talents
Evonik Corporation: I have many years of engineering experience and have designed many processes and pieces of equipment.
Evonik Corporation: Evonik has many positives, but does have some structural issues. My role with another organization with my experience the compensation would be much higher.
Evonik Corporation: The company has strong businesses, values and goals. We work in a professional environment with dedicated employees that bring passion to the job. The only challenge in North America is that the opportunities for growth are limited. Senior individual contributors also need career options.
