Sabre Corporation: Good company. Hard work. Good benefits. The pay is lacking for those that have been with the company for years compared to new hires. The job security at Sabre has always been what keeps me up at night.

Sabre Corporation: Loved working for Sabre before the Pandemic, now after being re-orged twice I feel stuck in a position that does not challenge me and on a team that does not know what to work on or what the value of our team is.
Sabre Corporation: Raises & promotions are too hard to get if you keep the same position. Changing jobs every few years seem to be the only way to get promoted/compensated.

Sabre Corporation: I've joined Sabre during pandemic, and it was very difficult to learn everything just from the documents. There is loads of knowledge, difficult to find, scattered across multiple platforms,moast of the times outdated. Some of the tools we are using look like designed in 1990's.

I really like what I do but I feel my opportunities for growth are limited because I work in the USA. Sabre has made it clear they want to move jobs overseas.

Sabre Corporation: It's not terrible in general, this year has been a huge disappointment, team has been reduced from ~45 ppl to less then 20, even thought product is considered new and it's supposed to replace legacy solution, which won't be possible without funding for the product.

Sabre Corporation: I'm fairly a new employee with Sabre after being with my previous company for 24 years. Majority of the benefits have exceeded my expectation. Medical for spouse/children could be improved as well as allowing stock options for employees. My overall experience at Sabre has been a good one so far.
