The only request to leadership is to build a open culture across the GCC's so the un-necessary friction and trying to be at silo in one GCC can be avoided which may lead to more positive atmosphere and great coverage for the global customer base.

There are issues with getting support/responses from specific departments - NDC onboarding is prime example with no ownership, or assistance on queries.

Even with the new CFO and President, there was an opportunitiy to hire an African American. Boast inclusion and diversity but i don't think so.

Sabre Corporation: From my perspective, the company respects that I have a family and children and allows me that flexibility to be there for them when needed, therefore I want to work that much harder for the company. I enjoy the culture being so transparent, communicative, and positivity of my management.

People are friendly and collaborative and supportive of one another. There is good cross-functional collaboration/team work.

People are generally nice. There are a few people in higher positions who are jerks, but one recently left the company.
Sabre Corporation: 22 years of experience at Sabre doing plenty of different job from helpdesk to sales to training etc.... i never get bored during those 22 years. I always met very interesting people, manager or coworker. I am still excited to go to work each morning !
