My company uses WW, I cannot advocate using it to others.
Rockwell Collins: Communication goes a long way in when people need assistance. There are times when I am completely overburdened with work and when I request assistance, I receive nothing and am given more to do, thus putting me further behind schedule.

GC Services: Everyone works contributes and is there for one another. Majority of Management and Leadership started out in entry level positions and know what it is like to work at a call center, which is not easy. Management is transparent and supportive with their team members.
GC Services: I feel like I have finally found a company that I can grow with and want to. Everyone works hard and supports one another, and Management and leadership are transparent with their employees. I know what to expect and what is expected of me, and I feel trusted and appreciated. That matters a lot.
