Youngliving: It's been great for career growth, but there are so many politics here, and people that don't understand how to market a brand and adapt with the times. Young Living is falling behind fast and they aren't approaching it in the right way.

Domino's Pizza: I like the company, manager and supervisor but the store I work at is a disaster the staff is mostly related to the manager and no one does anything.
CDK Global: The people - they're incredibly dedicated and motivate me to be the best contributor I can be.
MUSC: MUSC has a VERY bad habit of only looking at what they are paying similar employees and the length of tenure. There is little/no consideration given to the cost of living or quality of work completed. They are great purveyors of the "Peter Principle'.

Cadence Education: I love the children but the way the staff are handled by administration is not all professional and sometimes stressful and disrespectful.

CDK Global: Love my role and what I do, but it has been a horrible pain getting an appropriate job title and getting paid appropriately for the work that I do. No support from senior leaders, and my manager has been fighting a fruitless war for years on my behalf. HR and leaders seem to constantly fight us.
Petco: The days when the store lead isn't there with his nagitivity we have a great productive positive day.

Boston Children's Hospital: I love the work I do but I am sometimes frustrated by upper management. They tend to pile on when someone is talented but they don't compensate equivalent to the pile on. They also never address festering issues with bad employees until it blows up and then they go into damage control mode.
Tradesmen International: I will gladly keep working with this company for years to come.

We were told to submit 3 months in advance and I did and now they have asked all staff to submit so they can make a decision on who gets it.

Townsquare Media: On my third GM, on my third PD, an endless parade of low paid hourly talent (like me) who dont stick around because they cant afford to work at townsquare media. Extreme turnover in sales dept as well.

ServiceNow: The company changed a lot since I started but change is inevitable like in any organisation. This change was usually positive with positive outcomes for the employees and the customers who are usually onboard. All processes within the company got better gradually.
Brookdale Senior Living: Some of the employees seem to genuinely care about the residents, while it's clear that others don't. The companies bottom line seems to be their priority. For the employees who struggle, there are several who go above and beyond for the residents.
