It has been very good. I have been able to jump in and hit the ground running. The training was exceptional. The team has been very helpful. Overall it has been a great experience

Things have been mostly good. My feedback to make the employee experience better is to have more communication shared from the top down. There have been a lot of changes occurring and I feel like everyone feels lost in the direction of the business and our go-forward strategy.

There is so many things that influence culture. Glip groups based on interests, music on friday, culture committees, celebration of diversity.

everyone shares the same mindset in that we focus on our customers. Everyone is super responsive and helpful to ensure the ask/escalation/issues are being handled effectively and efficiently.

The culture and how friendly everyone is. Being remote it is harder to connect and my team does a great job staying in touch with each other. Also they are extremely helpful!

through all the changes and madness everyone has a sense of pride to be a part of this team. Everyone works hard to get the job done which makes it easier to create positive experiencing internally and externally.
