My experience has been great. Although Covid definitely made some changes, and I work much more than I ever expected. Overall enjoy what I do and am happy to work with my team and be an important part of the success of the company.

Doing what I love to do and being good at it. Having management see that and empower me to do more.

They are motivated and interested in the company goal and the future of the industry. Additionally the people in the company that will make it happen.
