I really enjoy working for RC. My co-workers and teammates are a lot of fun. My only issue is my manager. Not all the managers, just mine.

It feels as if my manager doesn't trust me to do my job, he is consistently micromanaging the team. It does not matter how many calls I take or cases I close out, he is never satisfied and is always checking up on everything with a negative tone.
