they are trying to bounce back from the recent lay offs and org changes and they are upfront with the company changes

i am not micromanage and i can work at my own pace and the liberty and trust given to me by my immediates

the work culture within the team is at par to what i've experience from my previous company. they are very approachable and most of the time go beyond from what is asked
