RTO is a big mistake that our management made. Simply making people work from the office and doing nothing else will not increase productivity. To increase productivity, management needs to work on it. The problem will not solve itself.

colleagues, especially project and product managers (which in our company are practically the same thing :-) ), could use meeting rooms more often and not create so much noise in open space area. It would be better if company management paid attention to how people behave in the office.
