It's just 5 months since i've started with RingCentral so can't say anything that much but right now, i just feel, that i don't belong here & i am not happy.

I don't know. I can't say anything if there is really something positive.

My Team Leader always do her best to inspire & motivate me even i am not really with my Job right now with RingCentral.
Quelles sont les meilleures choses à propos de votre équipe?
I just bond with my team mates sometimes when i am in the mood. Something best about them though is that they are easy to go along with.
Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?
The compensation i s a bit lower versus the tasks & responsibility that we have for the job. It's so stressful that everyday, you'll make feel so tired & exhausted.
Qu’est-ce qui ne va pas et comment cela peut-il être amélioré?
I just don't feel comfortable with RingCentral right now. The job is really stressful, the workforce are so toxic. There's no proper auxes for bio breaks & rest time after call. They keep on calling out people which are still documenting their cases after call. that's so stressful .
