I love the job description, and management as well as the trainers have been stellar. I don't like the personalities of the agents, there seems to be a sense of tribalism and complacency that doesn't sit well with me.

The culture being instilled by management is great. When I talk to the managers and how they talk about the vision they have for the team it is very inspiring. It's the execution of the staff that really turns me off.

I'm really turned off by the culture on the floor. There seems to be a huge disconnect between management and staff. I have hear multiple unethical comments the time I was here for 3 months and I was surprised the manager did not know it was happening. This was not what I was expecting in culture
