I work with a set of younger engineers that really own their work. They're interested in growth and developing their craft. They're domain experts and give their time and attention freely to other teams and people throughout RC. They're good people without airs or ego.

Our part of the company has some very complex problems to solve and the thing that makes it work is the attitude of the team and the management I work with. There is a spirit of camaraderie here and collaboration that is difficult to put into words, but it inspires confidence.
