Overall, my experience at RingCentral has been pretty good. I have had multiple challenges on my team, but aside from that I have thoroughly enjoy my time at RingCentral. I look forward to more Work-versaries in the future.

The best thing about my team is the ability to work cohesively during EOM/EOQ/EOY. I also like that we can have meetings without our manager being present.

The most positive thing about the culture and environment at RingCentral is everyone is coming in to have a great work day. Everyone wants what is best for the company.
Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?
I feel undervalued because my supervisor has repeatedly shown favor and groomed one member of the team for career development instead giving every member of the team an opportunity to advance. I would feel better if I received a raise in my salary.
