MOST people within the organization will cheer you on. It helps keep you motivated, engaged, and on track when you know others are rooting for you.

They are as transparent as they can be, and they crack some pretty corny jokes because they're human. Also, they maximize profit for our company, and crush quarter after quarter.

Stock grants that help me stay invested (emotionally) in the work that I am doing, and bring a purpose beyond clocking in and out. (I don't clock in or out)

I mean, the office was great, i loved the food & drink options, but right now it's knowing that i'm helping people stay connected, and helping keep the economy (and our stock) afloat by applying technology to solve the problem. Not single handedly, we as RC, as a unit.
