I love working with RingCentral and I’m honestly greatful that I’m part of the RingCentral family. However, the mentality of helping and supporting each other is lacking. Also, some employees have this attitude that they are ahead of you. They tend to disrespect

My overall experience with the company through the last 3 years working has been a roller coaster ride. I've been with different teams and encountered leaders who nearly drove me out of the company. I experienced being micromanaged but I am still hoping that the company will help me find a position
