The family like open communication where we can share our thoughts, opinion, disputes, etc. They also think of all the best possible ways to make sure we are taken cared of.

All of it. The company has recently added the electricity subsidy that compensate the expense of extra electiricity now that we are working from home. Overall I am satisfied with every part of my compensation.

The work itself. I get to teach our customers how to use our system to their advantage and as part of the implementation team, I need to make sure that I always give the best first impression to the customers.
