My overall experience is excellent, I enjoy what I do, the value and experience I bring, I enjoy the people I do it with and mostly enjoy winning as part of a team - RingCentral is the best - Company, Platform/Solutions, Values. Yes, I am paid well for what I do, but its so much more than that :)

Everyday is a challenge but with great team work I can do anything - Support from all my colleagues, manager/s and executive team makes me most happy at work.

Bonus/commission scheme and Share program is Excellent - I have never worked for a company that invested so much in its employees - we all have a responsibility to care and win as one.

I think its always the little things, key is respect, whether its the cleaner or CEO - we all have the same positive approach - work hard, play hard - Win business but the difference is we have fun and enjoy doing it.
