Extremely fast paced; always pedal to metal looking forward and not having much time to look back and reflect. Initially there was not much direction/training provided to get oriented faster. Overall, it's a good place to work.

Overall I have been happy working here, learned quite a bit and am applying the learnings to my day-to-day work. I enjoy the way that the company executes on the commitments and makes me happy to be part of a world-class UCaaS leading company.

Overall TCC (Total Cash Compensation) seems inline with the industry. It could always be better though.

The teamwork and quality of people is second-to-none. The workplace is not at all politically charged which to me is extremely important.

Sense of accomplishment when I bring a new feature or expand in a new country to help our customers with their complete Unified Communications needs!

Everyone is of very high caliber, they are experts at what they do and are always available to help. I like the "WIT - Whatever It Takes" attitude in the teams!

They seem to be transparent. If information can be shared, it is shared in a timely manner. They also do follow the open door policy. If they are present and you need to have a discussion with them, they are available.
