There is a continual flow of communication which is reassuring. I like the diverse mix of international backgrounds - this is not a US company, but a global company!

That I do not have to accept my MBO bonus in shares - I was worried when the announcement first came out, but reassured now that I can continue to receive my MBO bonus in cash.

Again, the mixture! We have some tech gurus, some adult-learning experts, some industry vets, some with much less experience and the combination makes for enriching conversations and genuine progress. The majority have a fantastic work ethic too!

The positivity which I think stems not only from concerted efforts to engender and develop the right culture, but inherently from being at the forefront of in the industry we're in. It's nice to be top of the pile in any industry, but to be top of the pile in the top industry, well, ain't bad too!
