I'm not sure there's anything positive about the culture at this point
Pay is pretty good, but seeing a lot of employees not receive base compensation increases while executives get significant YoY increases and company reports "best quarter and year ever" is pretty terrible
Less two faced, more experienced in organizations rolling to them, be a little more relatable and less corporate stooges. It's been a real shame watching things go downhill across the board once Freier was given more control, i havent spoken to a single person who likes him or thinks he's doing well
